And to be perfectly honest, I'm really glad about that. <\/strong>Because when I look back, I couldn't have said at the beginning of any year what would all happen. If I had known beforehand what would happen, I would have probably often hidden away and waited for the year to pass. And I wouldn't have experienced many wonderful experiences with the intensity of the moment as was possible because everything unfolds day by day, everything arises in doing and acting. But of course, I have some topics that are important to me, which I would like to pursue this year. And I'm presenting them to you here.\r\n<h2><strong>Personal Brand Lorena Hoormann 2.0<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>This year, I've reactivated a wish that I've been working on for quite some time. A new corporate identity for myself.<\/strong> I created my current one myself 5 years ago, and I think it's time for a new one. The old one should be replaced by a newer, more colorful, and stronger CI. That's currently in the works, and I'm already looking forward to finally being able to present it. I don't know exactly when yet; I have support from a friend and colleague, and I'm already excited to see what we'll create.\r\n<h2><strong>I'll be on your ears soon <\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>Another idea that has been with me for some time is the idea of creating an audio or audiovisual channel.<\/strong> I love inspiring people with my thoughts, giving great personalities a space in interviews to show what they're achieving in the world. Likewise, I enjoy writing short stories here and there that I want to read aloud. I also repeatedly write inductions that I use in my coaching or training sessions. These are all things I've been doing in my \"offline world\" for years. But only in special contexts and, above all, this has always only been available to a limited number of people.\r\n\r\n<strong>Now I would very much like to make this available to a wider audience. <\/strong>Since the middle of this year, it keeps coming to mind that now is the time to start a podcast. Or a YouTube channel. Or both. I even have ideas for the first 15 episodes for a podcast. I think I'll finally make it happen in the new year. Last year, so many people told me that they find my voice so pleasant, that they enjoy listening to me, that they love my trance sessions, and that they think the questions I ask others are great. Well, if that's not a sign that the time is finally right.\r\n\r\n<strong>If you happen to think of something you'd like to hear from me, feel free to leave bullet points of your ideas and wishes for topics, etc., here in this Google Doc, without any frills. ONE newsletter. And for that, I want to apologize. I've heard from many people that they miss it and would like to read more from me again. So, for this year, I've set myself the goal of reactivating my newsletter. And to find a way to write it easily for myself. Until now, I've simply tried to do everything in a way that's best for my business. In 2024, small businesses can now <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gesundheitskasse.at\/cdscontent\/?contentid=10007.891672&amp;portal=oegkportal\">Inquire at the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (\u00d6GK) as a consultant for your subsidized health promotion process.<\/a>. I look forward to focusing even more on consulting for healthy work cultures.\r\n\r\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-237447\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lorena-hoormann.at\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/Unbenannt.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"773\" height=\"432\" \/>\r\n<h2><strong>Focus: Online Business Part Two<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>This year I will give my online business, which I started building 2 years ago and has been on hold since then, a new boost.<\/strong> I love working with people live. But I also love to be free. And I've firmly decided to feel this freedom more. I want to be on the road more \u2013 ideally with my camper van, which I'll soon make a reality \u2013 and simply follow my nose around the world. That's one of my life's dreams, and this year will be the year that this dream finally gets more space. And because I don't just want to do this sporadically like a vacation, but actually long-term and always more, longer, and freer, I need to make my online business my own priority. Specifically, an online business that is MINE, that suits me, and that fulfills me. I'm excited to see where the journey leads.\r\n<h2><strong>More coaching again<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>In 2023, I primarily focused on working with groups. And I love it. What I seem to have lost, however, and which I also love, is one-on-one coaching work, and I love that very much too. <\/strong>So, it's clear to me that I will be offering more individual coaching sessions again in the new year. Especially leadership coaching. Specifically for those leaders this world needs.\r\n\r\n<strong>For me, that means those who think about society and the future as a whole.<\/strong> People who are committed to equal opportunity, sustainability, equal dignity, health, accessibility, and animal welfare. People who are committed to democratic free values and raise their voices when they witness racism, ableism, misanthropy, discrimination, sexism, queer hostility, antisemitism. Very good, in fact. The whole world will know that this year. <\/strong>I, too, have not been immune to what so many women in business have to deal with: the downplaying of their abilities from the outside, from within, and in general. Every woman knows \u2013 or so I think \u2013 the phenomenon of always being TOO. Too loud, too quiet, too different, too bossy, too sexy, too outspoken, too shy, too\u2026 too\u2026 too\u2026 For someone socialized this way in this society, breaking away from the judgments of others is not an easy step. Especially if you are very sensitive and empathetic, sensing more of what's going on than others, and also not thinking judgmentally, but rather exploring the diversity of perspectives.\n\nIt's not easy to break out of this spiral. Especially when you have high standards for yourself and constantly compare your performance to your role models. Phew. Anyway, I've realized in the past year that I am very, very good, both in comparison and in general. And this year, I will act accordingly. This might mean increasing my fees in one area and accepting assignments in another. Let's see where my journey takes me. In any case, it will probably require a lot of courage and stepping out of my comfort zone \ud83d\ude09\r\n<h2><strong>Life and Social Counseling<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>To let my skills and myself shine, I will finally tackle something I've wanted to do for an eternity: apply for an individual permit to work as a life and social counselor.<\/strong> Some time ago, I realized that I should meet the requirements based on my previous activities. Now it's time to gather everything and submit it. Keep your fingers crossed for me that it works out, because then I'll be able to offer supervision here in Austria and coaching outside of business contexts. In any case, I already have enough ideas for specific coaching sessions. I'm curious to see how this develops and will keep you updated.\r\n<h2><strong>A lifelong learner remains a lifelong learner.<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>I already have an idea, of course, of how I want to further my education this year. <\/strong>First of all, the seminar with Vera Popper and Martina Gross on Corfu is coming up again. I also want to continue my further education in the Zurich Resource Model and complete Advanced Course I and Advanced Course II. If the LSB business works out, then there might be some topics there that I will look at more closely. Furthermore, I would like to delve deeper into the topic of simple and easy language. And the Content Society's live event is also coming up again. In addition, I want to continue to stay true to singing because I simply enjoy it very much. So much for my ideas at the beginning of the year, let's see.\r\n<h2><strong>On the Road<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n<strong>I will use every opportunity imaginable to go on road trips. I've made up my mind. <\/strong>I don't know exactly how I'll implement this yet. But there are already a few ideas. For example, visiting a friend in Canada and going on a road trip along the east coast for a few weeks. In any case, as often as possible back to Croatia to my dear Susi at my happy place. To the North Sea and to my parents, of course, too. And maybe also explore Istria a little more. I absolutely want to visit a friend in Italy. And in Germany, there are also quite a few people I'd really like to see again. All of this would, of course, be particularly feasible if I finally get my camper van. It will be this year, that's for sure. I'm curious to see exactly when \ud83d\ude0a\r\n<h2>Stay connected with me and others<\/h2>\r\n<strong>This is an important aspect that I never want to neglect again.<\/strong> I want to feel this holistic connection that exists regardless of time and place. To those I see only every few years, or who live far away. To nature, to animals, and above all, to myself. And of all that awaits me in 2024, this will probably be one of the biggest challenges: to stay with myself, to stay true to myself, not to lose myself, and to give more and more space to my gut feeling.
