Insights from brain research and neurobiology connected to it fill even more. For a moment, I considered trying to create a 300-word summary of all the wonderfully diverse dimensions for you. But I decided against it, because that would actually be contrary to the nature of the core of hypnosystemic coaching. Because here, the goal is precisely not to find clear and simple, generalizable explanations as quickly as possible, but rather a very special coaching experience. Therefore, in the following paragraphs, you will find a description of the form of experience that awaits you in this type of coaching with me.\r\n

Discovering the inner treasure chest together<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nIn hypnosystemic coaching, we focus on our exciting inner world. Towards all the clever, perhaps still faintly rustling signals that show us where something doesn't quite \u201efit.\u201c We leave the cause-and-effect logic and the \u201eoutside,\u201c where we often spend so much time and attention, by the wayside. Because you already carry everything you need to move forward with your concern within you. We listen to the inner voice and follow our gut feelings with our intuition as our guide. This way, we create access to the un(der)conscious and, piece by piece, unlock your inner treasure chest full of unique experiences, resources, and competencies.\r\n

As your coach, I am a benevolent companion<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nAs a hypno-systemic coach, I am a benevolent companion for your unique development process. My role is to support you, not to present you with \u201eworking solutions.\u201c I create a \"space\" for you to allow yourself a moment of pause and introspection. With suitable methods, we will set impulses and explore together what sets everything in motion as a result. I will be the catalyst, a benevolent companion, and a skilled interpreter for your inner voice. Together, we will sharpen the noise, turn it in all directions, and make it tangible and usable for you and your concerns.\r\n

Everything can and nothing must in one<\/strong> Hypnosystemic Coaching<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nHypnosystemic coaching responds to whatever emerges. Whether through language, movement, or thoughts. Your concern is always at the center, and my task is to support you in your self-efficacy. Therefore, there isn't one single method, but a great variety from which we can draw. The motto here is: everything is possible, nothing is required. There are no limits to creativity or simplicity. And even though every method is unique in its application, I'd like to present a few of my favorite hypnosystemic coaching methods here:\r\n
