By the way, these are both terms from my mentor Sigrun, who nails it :D. Instead: Level up, define my ideal client, create clear, sequential offers, conduct market research, develop my unique selling proposition, define my email and messaging strategy, create a slick layout, and most importantly, launch my online business with my first online course. You'll find out exactly how I envision this in this article.\r\n\r\n \r\n

1. To the next business level in great company\r\n<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nAfter the 3-day planning workshop for 2022 at the end of 2021, the 12 days after Christmas, and the 5-day bootcamp with Sigrun, it was clear to me: no more procrastinating, just dive in. Today \u2013 January 24, 2022 \u2013 the 10 weeks that will catapult my business into the stratosphere began for me. A big investment for me that will pay off. For 10 weeks, I will be working together with more than 200 other amazing women and a few men on the program \"SOMBA Kickstart by Sigrun<\/a> to complete. The goal: develop an online course as the start of my online business. But a lot more will happen around it. Everything that follows is also connected to this. The goal: according to my motto for the year \u201eshoot for the stars\u201c to reach a 6-figure business. By the end of the year. Ooh, exciting. Let's see what will be possible here. I am also still involved with \"The Content Society\"<\/a> and I'm looking forward to many more new blog articles.\r\n\r\n

After the 5-day bootcamp at the beginning of this year, it was clear to me: now or never! Off to Sigrun's SOMBA Kickstart program, off to the online business. Towards a 6-figure business.<\/p><\/div>\r\n

2. Focus on Training and Coaching<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nSo far, my portfolio has been very broadly diversified. Among other things, because I love variety. I am a Scanner personality<\/a> (others say multi-talented or also Multipotentialite<\/a>and the diversity of my business consequently reflects that: business consulting, project evaluation, university lectures, facilitation of workshops and events, co-facilitation, coaching for individuals, teams, and groups, and training for teams and groups. And this covers all sorts of topics: project management, qualitative research, process evaluation, data collection and analysis, market research, organization and change management, SMEs' change capacity, corporate culture analysis, mindset work, occupational health promotion, evaluation of psychosocial risks in the workplace, and more.\n\nI think it's clear what I mean. I want to tidy up this jumble in 2022: focus on what I enjoy most right now: coaching and training. Coaching for all women in their 20s to 40s who want to discover and realize their inner professional passion without getting stuck in others' old ways. Training for teams and groups who want to fully harness their potential and climb to the next level of collaboration (work in progress, the specifics of the focus areas for coaching and training target groups are still being finalized \ud83d\ude09).\n\nPerhaps some people will now ask if I'm abandoning business consulting altogether. No, I will continue with business consulting. There are still several projects underway, including evaluations of exciting funding projects and project support. However, my energy this year will flow into my top priority for the year: coaching and training, both offline and online.\r\n

3. New edition of logo and CI<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nMore clarity will also come into my external appearance. Consistent designs, a clear color and font scheme. My logo will remain in its essence. I'm attached to it, after all, I designed it myself. Also, the dark blue will probably stay. But it will be pimped. Because currently, it doesn't radiate the energy that defines me at all. So, I'll take a look at this together with a great graphic designer. After that, or in parallel, I'll also consider how all of this can be integrated seamlessly into my homepage and also Instagram, etc. Don't be surprised if I try out different things in the meantime and no completely unified design is yet evident. I absolutely don't know what it will look like in the end. In 2022, a new corporate identity will be introduced. Everything can become more uniform. Blue will remain, however. And the basic features of the logo will too.<\/p><\/div>\r\n\r\n \r\n

4. Instagram as a Central Space for Interactions<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nIn mid-2021, I opened my Instagram channel<\/a>. And I really enjoy it. In January, I also participated in a visibility challenge from Digital heroines<\/a> participated. Thanks to this 10-day challenge, I've now overcome all the challenges regarding Instagram's features. From Lives to Reels to video stories and much more. I've now tried everything. And it's fun. So I will continue this and remain active here.\n\nFor example, every Wednesday I will be posting a Food for thought<\/a>, and on the following weekend, a live session on my Instagram channel. I'll share the thoughts that impulse sparked in me and chat with anyone who wants to join. The live session will not be saved afterwards, so if you want to reflect with me on the weekly thought-provoking impulse, you should join live ;).\n\nSometimes my own thought-provoking impulses trigger a major reflection in me as well. In that case, a blog post on the topic will occasionally appear afterward.\r\n

5. More great photos<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nLast year, I had my first professional photoshoot. And I found the results to be absolutely brilliant. Some great photos were taken during it.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n\r\nduring co-hosting in a streaming studio, then through Klaus Ranger<\/a> Even more great pictures were created in a very short time. And I want to expand on that. More pictures that should also fit the new CI. Oh, yeah! I'm already looking forward to it.\r\n\r\n\"\"\r\n

From now on, it's: Sales tax and new accounting software\r\n<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nNew in 2022 is also that I will be paying sales tax starting at the beginning of the year. This means I'm officially no longer a small business owner, but an entrepreneur. Whohoo! Lorena Hoormann 2.0 starts now.\n\nFortunately, I have great support here with my tax advisor, who has been with me since the company was founded. Plus, there are now wonderful online accounting programs available. I'm going to dive in now with Online informant<\/a> started and I'm curious if all of this will work well, so that my tax advisor can simply download things and thus make everything easier. By the way, I find my ID Number<\/a> is a really nice number. It doesn't really matter, but I'm still happy about it. \ud83d\ude00\r\n

7. More free time and space for singing, dancing, friends, and family<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nOne way I coped with and managed my exceptional mental health situation (PTSD) in 2021 was by throwing myself into work. That was exactly right at the time. But in the long run, it was simply too much. So, in 2022, it will become less intense. More of what I enjoy (this includes certain work areas like coaching and training) and less of what feels like work.\n\nFurthermore, my partner, family, and friends had very little of me in 2021, and that's going to change. So, more free time and time for music are on the agenda for 2022. And I believe this will actually be one of the biggest challenges for me: taking a breath, bringing calm into my life, not working too much.\r\n\r\n

In 2022, I want more peace to come into my daily life: more time for dancing, music, friends, and family. More time with myself.<\/p><\/div>\r\n

8. Becoming more international<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nThose who know me know that I've been talking about becoming more international for a while. Currently, my main business area is regional in Vienna and Lower Austria. Overcoming these regional boundaries and taking my mission and services out into the world will be a central goal for 2022.\n\nOn the one hand, the whole thing is to be expanded to the north and thus towards my homeland in Northern Germany. On the one hand, I want to be closer to my parents and family more often. On the other hand, I miss the North Sea, my absolute place of strength.\n\nFurthermore, I'd like to use my language skills again, and not just for traveling. For one thing, I speak English, as well as Spanish (although I'm a bit out of practice, it's \u201ethere\u201c), as well as some Portuguese and some French. I'd also like to expand my customer base into the respective countries here. Let's see what opportunities the online business offers in this regard.\r\n

9. More sea please<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nThis year, there should also be more \"sea\" \u2013 not just during vacation, but also for business.\n\nThe first steps have already been taken: A seminar is in the works, which I will be holding with a German colleague in the north. Unfortunately, we haven't yet found a seminar hotel on the North Sea that is available to offer us and our 6\u201310 female participants a seminar room and rooms from September 17th to September 28th, 2022. Although I am from the north, my professional work has so far only taken me to Austria. Therefore, researching suitable venues for the seminar has been difficult. So, if anyone knows anyone or anything: We are still looking for accommodation on the North Sea! Near the water and in a quiet location, to provide our participants with a fitting environment on their path to \"more\" (meer) and to their strong connection to themselves, their dreams, visions, and resources.\r\n\r\n

The sea is such a large part of my personality and gives me so much strength. I need more of that in 2022.<\/p><\/div>\r\n

10. More Confidence and Action Taking<\/strong><\/h2>\r\nWill all of this even be feasible? If someone had read the introduction to this article to me a year ago, my answer to that question would probably have been no. Now, today, I say clearly: yes. Why? There are various building blocks that lead to this clear \u201eyes\u201c. Among them:\r\n
    \r\n \t
  1. Mid-last year I started blogging. And it felt like a shot of freedom. Not just sharing my thoughts and reflections with the world, but especially being part of the community in The Content Society around Judith Sympatexter Peters: a bunch of wonderful women from very different backgrounds who encourage each other to expand their comfort zones and, along the way, revolutionize the German-speaking blogosphere.<\/li>\r\n \t
  2. On January 1st, 2022, I published my very first year-end review for 2021. The advantage: I clarified for myself everything I had done in the past year. What was possible in just 365 days, especially during a time when I was struggling emotionally. Now I want to know what else is possible.<\/li>\r\n \t
  3. My passion for coaching and training has found a certified \u201ehome\u201c and has consequently reached a higher level. I want this. More of this. I love nudging people onto their authentic path to success and seeing how their lives improve by leaps and bounds, piece by piece, as a result. Whether in coaching or training.<\/li>\r\n \t
  4. What's more, due to the pandemic, working online was constantly present in 2021. Practice makes perfect, and I now feel at home with my services in the virtual space. So why not move the central work online?<\/li>\r\n \t
  5. Right at the start of the year, I worked very intensively on my business mindset. So much has shifted in Sigrun's 5-day bootcamp that I'm sure this is just the beginning.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\nSo, a lot will be happening in my business and therefore in my life in 2022. And I'm already looking forward to the 2022 year-end review and the \u201eharvest\u201c of all successes, small and large. My own successes, and those of my clients and collaboration partners. And I hope that by the end of the year, societal successes will also become visible, to which I was able to contribute in one way or another. For example, around the topics of gender, opportunity, and climate justice. Also against feminicides and for non-violence towards women and LGBTIQA+ (Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, questioning\/queer, asexual, plus more non-binary persons) or FLINTA+ (Women, Lesbians, Intersex, Non-binary, Transsexual, Asexual, and all other non-binary people outside these categories).\n\nWhat plans do you have for 2022?
