General Terms and Conditions

Scope
Lorena Hoormann provides individual and team psychological coaching, as well as training and business consulting, in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions (brief version here). By placing an order, clients are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Payment terms
For my services, the fees agreed upon in the order confirmation will be charged. Final invoices and any interim invoices will be sent electronically and are to be paid by bank transfer to the specified account within two weeks of invoicing.

Cancellation policy and rescheduling an appointment
Agreed-upon appointments are generally binding. The time and place of service provision will be agreed upon by the parties. Please understand that only written cancellations will be accepted. 

• A cancellation or postponement of Sessions in a solo setting is possible free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. After that, the fee will be charged in full.
• A rejection from Terms in a group setting will be subject to a €150 processing fee. If the cancellation is made less than 8 weeks before the event, 50% of the participation fee will be charged; if it is made less than four weeks before the event, the entire fee will be retained. In consultation with me, you may arrange for a replacement participant; in this case, only the processing fee will be charged.
• I reserve the right to cancel trainings and seminars up to one month prior to their commencement if the number of participants is insufficient. In this case, the participation fee will be promptly and fully refunded.

Copyright
All documents handed out are included in the agreed-upon fee, unless otherwise agreed. The documents are intended for personal use. The copyright belongs solely to Lorena Hoormann. It is not permitted to reproduce the documents in whole or in part and/or make them accessible to third parties without written consent. Publication, even in part, is prohibited and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

Insurance protection and liability
Our collaboration is based on cooperation and mutual trust. In this context, it should be noted that individual and team psychological coaching, training, and consulting are self-directed processes, and specific successes cannot be guaranteed. I will support you in decision-making and change processes as a facilitator – the actual change work will be carried out by you. You bear full responsibility for yourself and your actions, both inside and outside of sessions, and will cover any damages incurred. Our collaboration does not replace psychotherapy. Participation requires normal psychological and physical resilience. Liability on my part is excluded.

Confidentiality
Lorena Hoormann undertakes to maintain confidentiality towards third parties regarding all business, commercial, and private matters that become known in the course of her employment, even after the termination of the contract.
Lorena Hoormann is authorized to process personal data entrusted to her within the scope of the contract's purpose. All necessary measures in accordance with the current data protection law will be taken for this.
