For the first 12 of 12 in January, I made it in. I tend to forget the time when I'm working, especially when I'm really in the flow. And so I realized it was already 2 o'clock when I shut down my computer and immediately posted the first picture. That's why my 12 of 12 in January includes 2 evenings and 1 morning, and characteristically, 3 teeth-brushing pictures 😅
What else was going on? Here are the key facts of the day:

Brush teeth 3 times
Feed the tiger 2 times (cat)

2 Online Appointments
Boil noodles
-> 1. Record a reel
-> Eat the last Christmas cookie and have cake
-> Day 3 of the 5-day Sigrun Business Bootcamp, shedding limiting beliefs

At 2 AM, I moved away from my desk.

Brush your teeth and off to bed.

8 AM. And after getting up, the tigress needs to be fed first. Obviously.

Then it's my turn: fresh beans in and let the coffee flow.

5) At 9 AM, there was already the first online meeting. And right after that, another one.

6) It was already noon, so first, cook whole wheat spaghetti to use up leftovers from the day before: spinach with pine nuts, almond milk, coconut oil, onions, and tomatoes, with vegan pasta topping made from almonds and cashews.

This is the last Christmas cookie. Cookie time is now over. Summer, please.

8) I am currently participating in a challenge from the Digital heroines tool to try out all the features on Instagram and be more visible. Today on the list: Reel. My very first. On the topic: This is what I would tell my 20-year-old self TODAY.

9) And also, today was day 3 at the Business Bootcamp by Sigrun. We have intensely worked on our limiting beliefs worked and turned them into power sentences.

10) Then the cat cuddling can't be missing either. Obviously...

Including strict monitoring of all activities...
