Thoughts that lead further

You want to lead, shape, and achieve results – but something is holding you back. It's often not about knowledge, but about self-efficacy: how much you believe you can truly make a difference.

In my blog, you'll find inspiration on self-efficacy, modern leadership, and personal development in the workplace. I write about everyday work challenges, decision-making processes, team dynamics – and how societal patterns influence organizations, often without anyone naming it. Honest, systemic thinking, practical.

My conviction behind this: Every person has the power to truly make a difference – if they know what their strength lies in, what they want to use it for, and have the courage to live that out in their everyday lives. Not just in volunteer work or on the street. Also in their job, in organizations, in systems.

That's what I call self-efficacy. And I'm building a school of thought out of it.

Self-Efficacy® & Inner Clarity

Self-efficacy describes the ability to remain capable of taking action even in complex situations.

This is about inner clarity, perception, decisions, and the question of how we recognize and utilize our scope for action.

Leadership & Collaboration

Leadership determines whether collaboration succeeds.

Here I write about leadership, team dynamics, communication, and the challenges of modern organizations.

Society & Change

Organizations do not exist in a vacuum.

This is about societal developments, systems, norms, and the question of how change occurs.

Personal & Beyond the Norm

Some thoughts don't fit into any category.

Here I write more personally, directly, and about what often lies outside of expectations.

Reviews

Here, I occasionally gather retrospectives of various kinds. On months, days, years, on projects, courses, and developments. A look back to make visible what has emerged.
